At Largo do Espírito Santo we gathered for every moment of commensality. The Idanha-a-Velha Festival Committee prepared a meal for each day and, all together in the square, we celebrated being present in this place.

Documentary of Francisco Vaquero Robustillo
The fight to reverse climate change puts animals in the crosshairs of the problem. The objective of this documentary is to show how the use of livestock can be efficient for the regeneration of pastures, soils, trees and water. Good pasture management shows in a concrete way that it is a solution for restoring ecosystems and rural economies.
